1 dl / 4/10 c cocoa butter
1 dl /4/10 c cold-pressed coconut oil
1dl / 4/10 c raw cocoa powder
pinch of NordicNordic Instant Chaga
pinch of salt
honey or coconut syrup to taste
First, cut the watermelon and place it in the freezer for 1-2 hrs. At low temperature, melt cocoa butter and coconut oil. Add cocoa powder, chaga, salt, and honey or syrup. Put melted and slightly cooled-off sauce in a piping bag and decorate cooled watermelon. Let it set for a moment and enjoy!
