Skillet Peaches

4 ripe peaches
3 tbsp. butter or vegan substitute
2-3 tbsp. maple or coconut syrup
1 tsp. vanilla sugar or vanilla
1 tsp. cardamom
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. ground pecans
2 tsp. NordicNordic Sea Buckthorn powder
2 dl or 3/4 cup whipping or coconut cream
Sugar to taste
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
Topped with liquid honey or syrup for vegans

First, half the peaches and remove the stone. Melt butter in a skillet and add pecans, sugar, and spices. Mix until everything is melted together. Cook peaches in the spiced butter until soft and slightly colored. While cooking, whip cream and add sugar for sweetness as well as lemon juice and cinnamon. Plate and top with honey or sugar mixed in sea buckthorn powder. Serve warm with a side of cinnamon cream.
