Make sure to check your countries border and custom regulations, fees, taxes and duties! We do not ship our juices internationally other than to Canada. Shipping to Canada is $12. All other international shipping is $17. You can also find our products at Amazon.de in Europe.

We can only mail berry powders to Australia due to the custom restrictions.

A: All our products are raw, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, non-gmo and can be added to almost any type of diet or lifestyle. Many of our products can support treatment for diabetes, high blood pressure, hearth disease, cancer and many more. 


A: All our products are raw and vegan. Our berry powders and chaga is dried/dehydrated in a low drying process where around 100 degrees F temperatures are used. 


A: It is natural for the powder to fade slightly after the container is opened. Because our products do not contain any preservatives or added coloring, the berry may react to the air and slightly change. This can happen with all the berry powders.

Q: I think my chaga tea bag is leaking. There's powder left in the cup after the tea is gone.

A: It is normal for some of the chaga powder to leak out of the bag. The mushroom is ground very finely in order for it to be used as a tea and it may "leak" of the the bag occasionally.


Q: Can the chaga tea bags be used more than once?

Q: I am not able to look at my past order or pull up my account. I don't remember what I ordered last time.

A: We encourage you to use the tea bags several times, especially if you are making a single serving. The same bag can be used 3-4 times.
