Smoothie bowl (serves 1)
1/3 cup goat yogurt
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup organic blackberry or blueberry juice
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
2 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp NordicNordic lingonberry or bilberry powder (or one of each!)
honey to taste (optional)
shredded coconut (optional)
Place all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth, adding more coconut water until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a bowl and top with shredded coconut, additional goji berries and berry powder.
