Lemon sea buckthorn cookies 

about 20 cookies

75 g soft organic butter/ghee/vegetable oil 

1/3 c coconut/raw cane sugar

1 1/4 c almond flour

4 tbsp potato flour/corn starch

1 tbsp NordicNordic sea buckthorn

1 small organic lemon- grate the peeland 2 tsp of juice

pinch of high quality salt

Mix the oil/butter and lemon juice in a bowl. Add sugar, flour, sea buckthorn, well washed grated lemon peel and salt and mix until well mixed. Refrigerate for 20 min. Heat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 C. Roll dough flat and use a cookie cutter. Bake about 6 min or until the edges start to brown. Cool and enjoy with rosemary chaga cocoa
