Bilberry

Bilberry is known as the super berry because of the anthocyanin called polyphenols in it. Anthocyanins have many health benefits including managing low level infections in the body related to many of the most common illnesses. The anthocyanins are great for supporting cardiovascular and brain health and can decrease the risk of hearth disease, type 2 diabetes, and memory loss.

The myth that bilberry is great for your eyes is also receiving more scientific proof. There ongoing to show how bilberry can help with near sightedness, dry eye, and pressure in the eyes. Bilberry also helps with tired and strained eyes from working with monitors.
Lingonberry

Lingonberry helps prevent urinary track infections just like cranberries. In studies, lingonberry has improved #circulation and lowered blood pressure. Lingonberry is amazing in weight management. Blackcurrant
Because of its overall nutritional value, blackcurrant also deserves the designation as a "super berry" . It contains more vitamin C, E, and fiber than most berries. Studies done on athletes show that the anthocyanins in the berry helped improve circulation and in turn performance as well as increase fat burn and slowing down muscle fatigue.
Like with bilberry, the anthocyanins in blackcurrant seem to aid in eye health. Studies show the benefits for people working on computer screens. There was less eye fatigue and shoulder tenseness because of the increase in circulation. Blackcurrant also helps balance spikes in blood sugar.
